The temperature and time of the oven are controllable to ensure that the nutrition in the baby cabbage is not lost to the greatest extent. The baby cabbage is filled with a baking bowl. The soup and seasoning can be perfectly combined. The taste is the same as that made in a wok, but lower Fat is healthier and cooking without oil fume.

Baked Baby Vegetables

1. Baby vegetable oil net, cut into four pieces.

2. Peel garlic, wash and mince, mince millet pepper and chives, and set aside.

3. Add minced garlic to oyster sauce, then add salt and appropriate amount of water to make a uniform sauce.

4. Put the baby vegetables evenly in the baking bowl, and pour the adjusted sauce.

5. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, bake for 12 minutes at 160°C on the upper and lower heat, and sprinkle with millet pepper and chopped green onion.
