Lobster Seafood Porridge
1.
Take care of the lobster.
2.
Process the lobster.
3.
For scallop meat and squid, cut the squid into circles.
4.
Add the right amount of cooking oil to the hot pot, the oil can be a little more. Then pour the sliced ginger and lobster meat and stir fry. Stir-fry until the lobster shell changes color and the shrimp meat is browned.
5.
Pour the processed scallop meat and squid rings and stir fry together, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
6.
The ratio of water to rice is 1:8, which means a bowl of rice and 8 bowls of water. Pour the washed rice into the pot according to the proportion, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and a little salt to cook the porridge over high heat. After the water boils, open the lid and cook for ten minutes on medium heat. I use a cast iron pan here.
7.
Pour the fried seafood into the cooked white porridge and mix it. At this time, the porridge is the best if it is not in a thick state. After mixing, cook the porridge until it is thick. Finally, add the right amount of salt and white pepper. I personally think that adding some chopped green onions will make it fresher and sweeter, but I forgot to buy it.
