Baked Corn with Egg Yolk

Ingredients: cooked corn kernels, pea kernels, cooked salted duck egg yolk

Dip cooked corn kernels and pea kernels into dry starch

Heat oil in a wok, and fry the corn kernels first

It's fried to the point where it looks "good", take it out and set aside

Tips:
When frying salted egg yolks, use a little oil to fry them slowly. The firepower should not be excessive.
