1. Ingredients: cooked corn kernels, pea kernels, cooked salted duck egg yolk

2. Dip cooked corn kernels and pea kernels into dry starch

3. Heat oil in a wok, and fry the corn kernels first

4. It's fried to the point where it looks "good", take it out and set aside

6. Leave a little oil in the pot and add the cooked salted duck egg yolk. Stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the duck egg yolk is frothy and sanded

8. Add spare corn kernels and stir-fry evenly

9. Add spare peas and stir-fry quickly and evenly. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

When frying salted egg yolks, use a little oil to fry them slowly. The firepower should not be excessive.
