Baked Eggs with Avocado Cheese

1. Wash the fresh avocados, cut in the middle and remove the pits. Take half of the avocado, dig out a thick layer of pulp and set aside, leaving a thin layer of pulp. Take a bowl and beat in an egg. Spoon the eggs onto the avocado, leaving some egg whites if there are too many.

2. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 5 minutes, sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper on the eggs, and bake for about 10 minutes.

3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
