Baked Mashed Potatoes

Mozzarella cheese is shredded in a frozen state;

Peas and sweet corn kernels are blanched in boiling water;

Tips:
Use frozen mashed potatoes, there is a little water after thawing, no need to stir with liquid materials such as milk; large pieces of mozzarella cheese in the frozen state, it is easy to use a grater to shred. The baking time should be determined according to the temper of your own oven.
