Baked Mussels with Wasabi Cheese
1.
After scrubbing the mussels, try to clean up foreign objects on the surface.
2.
Add water to the pot, add ginger, boil over high heat, pour into the mussels, and boil the mussels.
3.
Break open the mussels, rinse the attached soil, and cut off the grass in the mussels, leaving only a shell for the meat.
4.
Put it on the baking tray, put it in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 2 minutes (to dry the surface moisture only), and take it out.
5.
Melt cream cheese, salt, sugar, and pure milk in water and stir well.
6.
Add mustard (you can add more if you like spicy), stir well to form a mustard cheese sauce, and put it in a piping bag.
7.
Squeeze the prepared sauce onto the mussels, then put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 220 degrees.
Tips:
The purpose of adding ginger when cooking mussels is to remove fishy.
