Baked Pudding

Wash the soybeans, add appropriate amount of water, put it into the wall-breaking machine, and start the pure soybean milk program

Dice leftover toast. I use four sides, toast with skin

Heat a pan over low heat and melt the butter

Beat the eggs, add 30 grams of soy milk, water, salt and a little black pepper and mix thoroughly

Pour it into a baking bowl, put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes, almost 5 minutes cooked, take it out

Add diced toast, stir for a while, continue to the middle of the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 3-5 minutes, until the egg is solidified
