Baked Rice with Carp Intestine and Cheese

Prepare ingredients, cut carp intestines into sections, shred onion and lettuce

Heat olive oil, sauté 2/3 shredded onion and 2/3 corn kernels

Add white rice, shredded lettuce, salt, black pepper powder and stir-fry evenly, set aside and set aside

Blanch the carp intestines in boiling water and remove the water

Stir in black pepper sauce in the carp intestines, turn off the heat and set aside

Take a roasting pan, place the fried rice on the pan, sprinkle the carp intestines, the remaining corn, onions, coriander, and add some black pepper sauce

Finally sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Put it in a 180 degree oven

Bake for about 20 minutes, roast the mozzarella cheese until it melts and the surface is golden, you can take it out and eat
Tips:
The carp intestine needs to completely remove the fat on the surface. If the black pepper sauce used is too thick, add some boiling water to adjust it. The brand of black pepper sauce I use is CJ, which is thinner, so you don’t need to add water
