Baked Scallops with Potatoes and Cheese

Remove the gills and sides of the scallops, leave the flesh and crescent-shaped yellow of the scallops; pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes

The medium-sized potatoes are peeled, cut into cubes, and cooked

Press the cooked potatoes into puree; mix in appropriate amount of salad dressing, crushed black pepper and salt according to taste, and stir well

Arrange the marinated scallops into the baking tray; spread the mashed potatoes on the scallops

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and a little chives; put it in a 220℃ preheated oven, and bake the upper and lower heat for 10 minutes.
