In the summer by the sea, how can we miss the grilled seafood? My husband bought a lot of fresh scallops after get off work, and the grilled scallops with garlic and chopped pepper are walking away~

Grilled Scallops with Garlic and Chopped Pepper

1. First prepare all the ingredients.

2. The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water in advance.

3. After washing the scallops, put them in a pot and cook them.

4. For cooked scallops, peel the scallop meat first, wash the scallop shells, and place them in the frying basket of the ACA air frying oven. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes in advance.

5. Clean the viscera of the scallop meat and rinse it out and place it on the scallop shell.

6. Peel the garlic and grind it into minced garlic.

7. The soaked vermicelli, chopped up and put in a bowl.

8. Add minced garlic and chopped pepper sauce, fish sauce and peanut oil to the bowl.

9. Mix all the ingredients and stir well.

10. Spread evenly on top of the scallop meat.

11. Put the frying basket in the middle of the oven.

12. Fry for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

13. It is out of the oven, and the house is full of fragrance, which makes people unconsciously drain water.

14. It was delicious to the point of crying, and my husband ate two plates in one breath and was still unfulfilled.

Tips:

If you like to eat spicy food, you can add more chopped pepper sauce. The frying basket pad oil paper is convenient for cleaning. The temperature and time depend on the temper of your own air frying oven~(*^o^*)
