Scallop Stewed Eggplant

Scallops are shelled and gutted,

Peel the eggplant and cut into pieces with a hob,
3.
Saute garlic, stir-fry eggplant with seasoning,
4.
Finally add scallops and cook out.
Tips:
The eggplant should be stewed softly and then add scallops. The scallops should not be cooked for too long, otherwise the taste will be affected.
