Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft

Clean the scallop meat and put it in a bowl

Add some cooking wine to the scallops, marinate the ginger soy sauce

Drain the vermicelli, add a little cooking oil and light soy sauce and stir

After the garlic has been beaten into garlic paste, add cooking oil and light soy sauce, and stir in oyster sauce

Wash the scallop shells and put them on the plate

Put the vermicelli on top of the scallop shell

The vermicelli is topped with scallop meat and garlic

Put it in a steamer and steam for eight minutes
Tips:
Remove the vermicelli after soaking it softly. Don't soak for too long. Both scallops and vermicelli are easy to cook. Don't steam it for too long.
