Baked rice with pineapple, seafood and cheese are delicious. Husband and children don't eat cheese, so put them one by one. They eat the other one.

Ingredients

Baked Seafood Rice with Pineapple

1. Cook the rice for use

2. Two pineapples, one cut in half, one cut with a small lid. Cut out the meat in the middle

Tips:

I cooked this rice fresh. I think it might be better to fry with leftover rice. It is freshly cooked. It is better to make the finished product a little softer and more watery.
