Baked Snails with Ginger, Onion and Garlic

Put the bought snails in the water and add some salt to keep them for an hour

Clean the flower snails
3.
Slice ginger and garlic, cut green onion into sections

Put the ginger, onion and garlic in the snails

Add a pinch of salt
6.
Add a little oil and mix well
7.
Pour the snails into tin foil
8.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the middle layer and bake for 25 minutes
Tips:
1. Put some salt in the water of the snail to make the snail spit out the mud
2. Flower snails taste more delicious, so there is no need to put too much seasoning
