Baked Spindle Tortillas

Put the corn flour into the basin, slowly pour boiling water into the basin, stir with chopsticks while pouring, until there is no dry powder, all into a dough, let cool

Add flour, baking powder, appropriate amount of sugar, and slowly add water to form a dough

Ferment the dough in a warm place to double its size (refer to the fermentation method)

Knead the dough until smooth

Roll the dough into long strips and pull it into small noodles

Knead the dough repeatedly, knead it into a strip, use both hands to knead the two ends into a spindle shape

Let it rest for a while (about 15 minutes)

Heat the pot, pour in a little oil, add the tortillas, and fry slightly

Pour in the right amount of water, about half of the bread
10.
Bring to a high heat, wait until the water is basically dry, turn to a low heat, and slowly bake a browned bottom.
