Cornmeal Buns

Prepare 200 grams of flour and 100 grams of cornmeal. Put the cornmeal into the flour. Use warm water to dissolve the yeast powder and pour it into the flour. Add an appropriate amount of warm water to knead the dough and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour on the panel, add 1 teaspoon of small soda to the dough and knead again to form a uniform long strip.

Cut the noodles into evenly-sized noodles, put a noodles in the palm of your left hand, knead the steamed buns with an empty fist in your right hand, add water to the steamer, put the steamed buns in the steamer and cover the lid for 15 minutes. After the high heat is boiled, steam for 15 minutes at a timer, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then it will be out of the pot.
