Baked Sweet Potato with Cheese

Peel the sweet potatoes, wash and slice them, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and steam them until they can poke a hole in the chopsticks.

Let the sweet potatoes cool down a bit and prepare all the ingredients

Take the container and mash the sweet potato, add cheese, milk, sugar and mix well (sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste, I don’t like to eat too sweet, so the amount is small)

If the cheese is not completely melted, it can be heated in the microwave for 1 minute, and then stir evenly to the picture above.

Set the shape of the sweet potatoes on a plate, and use a small spoon to dip the milk to smooth the surface of the sweet potatoes

Put it in the microwave and adjust to the grill function, bake for 8 minutes
Tips:
If the microwave oven at home does not have a grilling function, just heat it and mix well. The taste is the same, but there is no baked skin on the outside.
