Baked Sweet Potatoes

I picked two sweet potatoes with a red heart and a white heart. Cut in half after washing. Put it on the steamer and steam it until you can poke it to the end with chopsticks.

Mozzarella shavings or silk can be used.

Use a spoon to scoop out the steamed sweet potato meat, leaving some sweet potatoes on the skin to avoid digging through the skin.

Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with white sugar and then fill them back in the sweet potatoes. If you don't like sweet ones, put them less. The sweet potato itself is sweet.

Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

The oven is preheated at 220 degrees and ready to eat in 10 minutes.
Tips:
If they are all red sweet potatoes, put less sugar. The red one is sweeter than the white heart.
