b. If you want to eat crispy, cut thinly; if you want to eat soft and waxy, thicker
c. Try to use oils with no special fragrance, such as salad oil, soybean oil, and corn oil, so as not to affect the sweet fragrance of sweet potatoes (I use olive oil because the olive oil at home is about to expire...)
d. The oil should not be too little. Only when there is oil will the golden, crispy surface of the potato chips appear
e. You can try one-sided frying, let the steam out, it will be more crispy, I guess~
