My favorite roasted sweet potato when I was a kid, I used a casserole to bake it today. The whole process was more than 40 minutes without a drop of water. The roasted taste of my childhood is soft and delicious.

Ingredients

Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

1. 1. Put a stainless steel grill into the bottom of the casserole.

2. 2. Spread two layers of tin foil on the grill.

3. 3. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into your favorite size, and put them in the pot evenly.

4. 4. Cover the pot and bake on high heat;

5. 5. Every 15 minutes or so, open the lid and turn the sweet potatoes;

6. 6. After more than forty minutes, poke the middle of the sweet potato with chopsticks. When it can be easily pierced, it will be cooked;

7. 7. Soft and sweet sweet potatoes, ready to eat!

Tips:

Precautions:
Normal casseroles cannot be used for such dry roasting. I use the black casserole which is not broken when it is boiled and cold, so it’s no problem
