Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Wash the sweet potatoes and wipe dry with water.

Take out the prepared casserole, rinse it off, and wipe off the water for later use.

Put a piece of cut tin foil on the bottom of the casserole and put it on the grill.

Take a piece of tin foil cut into a rectangular shape and place the sweet potato on top of the tin foil.

Roll up from top to bottom and wrap sweet potatoes tightly on both sides.

Put the sweet potatoes wrapped in tin foil on the grill of the casserole.

Cover the lid and bake on high heat for 25 minutes.

Open the lid after 25 minutes, turn the sweet potatoes over with chopsticks, and continue to roast them over high heat.

After 50 minutes, open the lid again, press the sweet potato with heat-resistant gloves, and turn off the heat when it is soft.

After simmering for 10 minutes, open the lid and take out the sweet potatoes. You can start eating!

Tips:
1. It is recommended to choose small sweet potatoes of the same size for roasting, and the larger ones need to increase the roasting time.
2. It is not recommended to bake sweet potatoes in a general casserole, as they will break. I use a casserole that doesn’t break dry or cold, so it’s no problem.
3. The internal structure of the casserole used for grilling must be completely dry, so the casserole cannot be soaked in water, and it must be wiped dry as soon as possible after rinsing it.
