Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Wash the casserole, dry it upside down, and set aside.

Wash the sweet potatoes, dry them, and set aside.

Cut the tin foil into strips of the same width and twist them into balls of the same size.

Put the kneaded balls into the casserole.

Take two pieces of tin foil and spread them across the aluminum foil ball.

Put the sweet potatoes in a casserole, cover them, and roast them over high heat.

During the roasting process, turn the sweet potatoes every 10 minutes or so to heat the sweet potatoes evenly and at the same time wipe the moisture around the sweet potatoes dry.

It has been roasted for about 45 minutes, and can be easily inserted with chopsticks, and the sweet potatoes are roasted.

Savoury roasted sweet potatoes
Tips:
Ordinary casserole is not recommended for roasting sweet potatoes. I use the black casserole which is dry-boiled and fast-cooled, so it’s no problem.
