Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Prepare all the ingredients. The casserole cannot be washed with water. Wipe it with a wrung out wet towel.

Wash the sweet potatoes and wipe off the surface water with kitchen paper.

Put the grill in the pot (so that it won’t burn when it’s roasting)

Spread two pieces of tin foil on the grill and extend the tin foil as far as possible to the mouth of the casserole to prevent moisture from entering the bottom of the pot and soiling the casserole.

Put the sweet potatoes on, close the lid, and bake them on a coal-steam stove over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Turn it over and bake for another 20 minutes.

Bake until the chopsticks can be inserted, turn off the heat, and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes (the purpose is to use the residual heat to bake it thoroughly).
Tips:
1. Sweet potatoes will be cooked more evenly when they are roasted with a similar size.
2. Special reminder not to imitate ordinary casserole
