Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

I bought the casserole newly, so wipe it with a dry towel and bake it directly.

Clean the sweet potatoes and wipe off the surface moisture.

Prepare a grill smaller than the inner circle of the casserole and 3 pieces of tin foil larger than the mouth of the casserole.

Put the grill in the casserole and spread three sheets of tin foil on the grill. Put the sweet potatoes flat in a casserole, arrange the tin foil, and be careful to be burned by the fire.

Cover the casserole and place it on the heat transfer plate. After 10 minutes of high heat, turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

Put on heat-insulating gloves, open the lid and flip it down, continue to low heat for 30 minutes, and then use chopsticks to pierce it through. Put the lid on and use the remaining temperature of the casserole to simmer for a few minutes, then you can start eating.
