Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Do not wash the new casserole, wipe it with a wrung out wet towel, and use it directly for grilling.

Put the tin foil on the grill and circle a cylindrical shape along the edge of the grill (the purpose is to make it easy to form in the casserole).

Put the grill in the casserole (if the grill is high, you can bend the grill).

The tin foil is placed on the grill, preferably wrapped in two layers.

Put the sweet potatoes in the casserole.

Cover the lid and bake on high heat for 20 minutes.

After roasting for 20 minutes, turn the sweet potatoes over and continue roasting for 20 minutes. After the sweet potatoes are roasted, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes (the purpose is to make full use of the remaining temperature of the casserole).
Tips:
1. The baked casserole does not need to be cleaned or soaked in water. Use a dry casserole.
2. The grill of the casserole should be short, about 1cm in height.
3. When wrapping tin foil, it is best to wrap it in two layers (the purpose is to prevent sweet potatoes from dripping into the pot).
