Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole
1.
Prepare a worthy casserole
2.
Choose medium-sized sweet potatoes and clean them
3.
Dry the casserole with kitchen paper
4.
Find a grill that is a circle smaller than the mouth of the pot and put it in the casserole
5.
Prepare tin foil of sufficient size, cross it with tin foil to form a straight tube, put it on the grill, stick to the inner wall of the casserole, and wrap the edge of the casserole on the top
6.
Put in the washed sweet potatoes
7.
Roast on high heat for 30 minutes (because the sweet potatoes are relatively large, the small sweet potatoes can shorten the time)
8.
Turn the sweet potatoes over, turn to medium-low heat and continue to bake for 15 minutes (remember to wear heat-proof gloves to prevent burns when turning over)
9.
Turn off the heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Poke the baked sweet potatoes with chopsticks to see if they are cooked through
Tips:
1. When roasting sweet potatoes, the foil is higher than the opening of the pot to help drain the excess water vapor out of the pot
2. The sweet potatoes should be the same size as possible, and medium and small sweet potatoes are recommended
3. The casserole should be kept dry during normal maintenance and placed in a ventilated place. Please try to avoid the white ring at the bottom of the pot from contacting water for a long time.
