Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Wash the sweet potatoes and drain the water

Medium-high heat for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. Please be sure to use a casserole that "does not break in dry boiling, rapid cold", other casseroles are likely to break when they are baked;
2. Pay attention to hot hands when turning over, it is best to use tools such as chopsticks
3. After baking, throw away the tin foil directly, the pot has not changed at all, just wipe it with a dry cloth
