Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Prepare a casserole, it must be water-free

Put a triangle steaming rack in the pot

Use two pieces of tin foil to overlap into a straight tube, place it on the steaming rack in the casserole, close to the wall of the pot, and wrap the rim of the casserole to extend outwards (to help exclude water vapor)

Spread the washed sweet potatoes on tin foil

Cover the lid on high heat for 20 minutes (the specific time depends on the size of the sweet potato)

Open the lid and turn the sweet potatoes over, then continue to bake for 15-20 minutes and then turn off the heat. Use the remaining temperature of the casserole to braise the sweet potatoes, so that the roasted sweet potatoes will be sweeter and softer.
Tips:
Try to choose small and long sweet potatoes that are easier to cook. Mine just happened to have a few at home for use, so I didn’t go out and buy them.
