Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole
1.
Prepare materials. Wipe the casserole clean with a paper towel or dry cloth, and it must be kept dry. If it has been washed with water before, it must be fully dried in a ventilated place for at least 4-5 days, which is better for the casserole
2.
Put a metal shelf in the casserole first, which can avoid the bottom of the casserole (no or no need to leave it)
3.
Spread two pieces of tin foil cross into the casserole. The tin foil should be large enough to extend beyond the outer edge of the casserole to prevent water vapor from flowing into the casserole.
4.
Wash the sweet potato, dry the surface water with a paper towel, and put it on the tin foil
5.
Put the lid on and burn on the gas over medium heat
6.
After about 20 minutes, open the lid and turn the sweet potatoes over, then close the lid and continue to cook.
7.
After another 20 minutes, turn off the heat and do not open the lid for 15 minutes, which will make it easier for the sweet potatoes to soften. Open the lid after 15 minutes, the chopsticks can penetrate the sweet potatoes and they are completely cooked. At this time, you can smell sweet potatoes all over the house.

Tips:
1. Please don't do this for ordinary casserole. The black casserole that I use is dry-boiled and fast-cooled, so it’s no problem.
2. When using Heile casserole for dry cooking, make sure that the casserole is dry and moisture-free, otherwise the glaze inside the bottom of the casserole may be damaged.
