Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Wash the sweet potatoes with the skin and soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.

Wipe the casserole clean with a wrung out wet towel. Be careful not to wash it with water. Put the grill in a clean and dry casserole.

Lay the tin foil crisscross on the grill, it is best to turn the excess tin foil out of the pot.

Lay the sweet potatoes flat on tin foil.

Cover the pot and bake on high heat for 20 minutes. Turn to medium and low heat and bake for another 20 minutes. Open the lid and turn over once. Don't open the lid immediately after baking, let it continue to simmer for about 15 minutes. When the casserole is not hot, you can open the lid and enjoy it. It can be easily pierced in with chopsticks and it is cooked.
