Since I was a child, I like to eat roasted sweet potatoes. The rich aroma is only available in roasted sweet potatoes. No, when the casserole arrives at home, you can buy sweet potatoes and roast them immediately.

Ingredients

Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

1. Prepare the casserole.

2. Wipe off the floating dust with kitchen paper (do not wash the new casserole with water when it is used for grilling).

3. Cut three pieces of tin foil larger than the body of the pot, put a piece of tin foil into the pot, press one circle with your hands and stick to the inner wall of the casserole, and the top wraps the edge of the casserole out of the pot.

4. Another piece of tin foil is also placed in the casserole, the cross is folded into a straight tube, one circle is attached to the inner wall of the casserole, and the top wraps the edge of the casserole.

5. Put the grill on the tin foil.

6. Put another layer of tin foil on the grill (in order to prevent the sweet potato juice from dripping out and making burnt spots difficult to brush).

7. Wash the sweet potatoes to control the water, and wipe dry with kitchen paper.

8. Wipe dry the sweet potatoes (not used up).

9. Put the sweet potatoes in the casserole.

10. Put the lid on the pot (the tin foil above the pot opening helps to drain the excess water vapor out of the pot).

11. Bake on medium high heat.

12. Do not open the lid to dissipate heat when baking.

13. Roast on medium-high heat for 30 minutes and turn the sweet potatoes over (use the steamed buns to turn them over to prevent scalding, see that there are cracks that are almost ripe, and it is a little hard to pierce them with chopsticks). Turn the sweet potatoes over to medium heat and continue roasting.

14. Bake for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and make full use of the heat stored in the casserole body to braise the sweet potatoes (the specific roasting time is flexibly selected according to the size of the sweet potato and the size of the firepower).

15. Simmer until the pot body and hand temperature.

16. Open the lid and poke the sweet potato with chopsticks. It will be ready to penetrate easily.

17. Began to eat. . .

Tips:

1. The ordinary casserole on the market cannot be dry-burned, it is easy to burn, and it should not be used for roasting sweet potatoes. Remember!
2. Do not soak the new casserole in water, especially the white circle at the bottom of the pot, and there is no need to cook porridge. The new casserole can be directly used for grilling with kitchen paper to wipe off the floating dust.
3. For the kunbo casserole that has been boiled for soup or porridge, the bottom of the casserole must be placed in the sun to dry thoroughly before being used for grilling, otherwise the glaze inside the casserole may be damaged.
4. When roasting sweet potatoes, choose slender ones and try their best to be uniform in size. After washing, wipe off the water with kitchen paper and put them in the pot.
5. After washing the casserole, let it dry naturally, and place it upside down in a dry and ventilated place (a place similar to a cabinet is not suitable for poor ventilation.)
