Ever since I learned to make bread, toast has become a staple food at home. Repeating monotonous toast spreads with jam, has long been unable to satisfy our picky appetite. Thus was born this baked toast that combines toast, eggs, meat, vegetables, and cheese.

Ingredients

Baked Toast with Salad Dressing

1. Slice the toast, cut the onion and green pepper into rings, cut the bacon into the minced pieces, and shred a little bit of mozzarella

2. Use the bottom of a suitable size cup to make a depression in the middle of the toast slice

3. First squeeze the salad dressing around the edge of the toast, and then put an egg in the depression in the middle

4. Place green peppers and onion rings

5. Sprinkle some crushed black pepper and salt

6. Sprinkle shredded bacon and mozzarella on the surface, add a little chopped parsley, and bake in the oven at 200° for about 15 minutes.
