Baked Tofu with Tea Flavor

1. Wash the tea leaves, absorb the moisture, and cut the tofu into pieces

2. Fry the fermented bean curd in a frying pan until golden, remove and set aside, pour the tea leaves into the frying pan, fry for a while, remove and set aside.

3. Mince scallion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry the ingredients, pour in tofu and stir fry, sprinkle with scallion, ginger and garlic.

4. Finally, add tea leaves, stir fry, and garnish with cumin.
