Baked Tomatoes on Bread

Cut tomato in half; add garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, and dried parsley and mix well;

Cut the cheese into strips and cubes for later use;

Heat up some olive oil in the pot, pour in the bread cubes and fry until all sides are golden brown with oil;

Brush the baking tray with oil, add the tossed bread tomatoes; sprinkle with coriander and dried parsley;
