Baked Tuna Bread

Prepare raw materials;

Cut the French bread into slices;
3.
Boil green beans, corn and carrots in water with some oil and salt;
4.
Remove and drain, put it in a bowl, and then add an appropriate amount of canned tuna;
5.
Add an appropriate amount of salt to stir them evenly;
6.
Put the fillings on the bread separately;
7.
Cover each slice of bread with cheese slices;
8.
Put it in the preheated 180 degree oven and bake it for 15 minutes;
9.
Serve and eat while it's hot.
Tips:
1. For the bread, it is best to choose European-style bread such as French baguette, cut diagonally into large slices; Blanch the green beans, corn and carrots in advance;
2. Because the canned tuna soaked in olive oil is selected, there is no need to add oil; if it is other, add some olive oil when stirring the filling;
3. I chose ordinary reduced-fat cheese slices. If you like the drawing effect, I suggest you change to mozzarella cheese;
4. Spread the fillings on the bread slices, cover with cheese slices, and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven until the cheese on the surface is slightly charred.
