Baked Yam with Orange Juice

Ingredients.

Soak the yam peeled and cut into salt water to prevent oxidation.

Bring a pot to a boil with water, then add concentrated orange juice and sugar.

After the orange juice is boiled, add the yam, then turn to medium heat and cook.

The soup will thicken after cooking for a long time. Watch the fire carefully. If the boiling is too strong, turn the fire down.

It takes about 25 minutes to cook.

Tips:
1. The yam should not be too big and 2 cm in diameter, it is easy to be cooked if it is small.
2. If there is no concentrated orange juice, orange juice can be used instead.
