Baking Xiaobai's Baking Journey-red Bean Paste

Wash the chixiaodou, add water and spread about 5cm of the chixiaodou, soak overnight

Rinse the soaked red beans with water, add twice the amount of water to a boil, turn to a low heat

Boil until the chixiaodou blooms, then heat up the dried soup, let cool and set aside

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add sugar, stir quickly until the sugar melts

Add the cooked red adzuki beans and stir fry
6.
After the water is completely sautéed, add honey, stir evenly and turn off the heat
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar can be added or subtracted according to your own taste
2. Honey can be replaced with maltose
