Bamboo Dumplings

Rinse and soak the Jiang rice and black fragrant rice for 3 to 4 hours.

The candied dates are cut into small cubes and mixed with Jiang Mi and black fragrant rice.

Put the mixed rice into a bamboo tube and fill it with solid.

Insert a small bamboo stick and plug it with a wooden cork.

Put the installed bamboo tube into the steamer, cover the bamboo tube with water and cook for about 2 hours.

Take out the cooked bamboo dumplings and put them in cold water to cool them down. Take out bamboo slices and sprinkle with sugar before eating.
Tips:
When soaking the rice, the water must be over the rice, soaking more will be better.
Put the bamboo tube in boiling water and boil it for a while, so that it is clean and sterilized.
