Bamboo Dumplings

1. Rinse and soak the Jiang rice and black fragrant rice for 3 to 4 hours.

2. The candied dates are cut into small cubes and mixed with Jiang Mi and black fragrant rice.

3. Put the mixed rice into a bamboo tube and fill it with solid.

Tips:
