Bamboo Shoot Tip Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup

1. Peel the winter melon and cut into large pieces

2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and wash them off

3. Soak the bamboo tip and cut it off

4. After rinsing the ribs, blanch them in a pot
