Bamboo Shoots, Corn and Black Fungus Bone Soup

1. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, blanch the bones, remove them and wash them.

2. Soak the bamboo shoots and cut into sections after dry cleaning.

3. Wash corn and cut into sections.

4. Soak the black fungus half an hour in advance.

5. Add enough water to the casserole and put the blanched and washed bones in.

6. Put the sliced ginger and green onion into it, the ginger and green onion are mainly to remove the fishy smell.

7. Add the soaked and cut dried bamboo shoots, boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

8. After 1 hour, open the lid and add the corn and black fungus, close the lid and cook for another 30 minutes.

9. Add wolfberry and salt before serving.

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion after mixing well.
