Bamboo Sun Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare ingredients: ribs, bamboo fungus, carrots.
PS: This soup is very suitable for the whole family to drink, so the specific amount of ingredients is not recommended!
The dried bamboo fungus is like the picture above. I bought it in Metro and can be found in most large supermarkets. Very suitable for soup.

The bamboo fungus is soaked in warm water 20 minutes in advance, and then cleaned.
PS: Generally, bamboo fungus is dried, so it needs to be soaked in warm water before making it.

Cut two slices of ginger, add cold water to the pot along with the ribs, and blanch until the ribs turn white.

Then remove the ribs and discard the ginger slices.
PS: You can check if there are bloodshots in the ribs before you take it out. Be sure to completely remove the blood~

Put the ribs in the pressure cooker, add the green onion and ginger slices, add an appropriate amount of water, and select the function of the ribs.
PS: You can add a little more water, because after the ribs are pressed, you can use the soup to continue to boil the bamboo fungus and carrots.

Peel the carrots and cut into hob pieces.
PS: For smaller babies, you can cut carrots directly into small dices.

After the bamboo fungus is soaked and washed, squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces.
PS: When cutting bamboo fungus, remember to remove the white circle at the root of bamboo fungus. Its flavor is relatively large, which will affect the original taste of the soup.

After the ribs are pressed in a pressure cooker, they are served together with the soup.
PS: If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can boil it in a pot directly for about 1 hour.

Then put the ribs and soup into the pot.

Then pour in carrots and bamboo fungus.

Bring to a boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Babies over the age of one can add a little bit of salt to taste according to their taste, and finally, after mixing well, turn off the heat and cook out!
PS: Just put the salt before the pan, so that the least salt can be used to maximize the taste, thereby reducing the amount of salt.

Tips:
When blanching ribs, you must put cold water into the pot. If you blanch the pork ribs with hot water, the meat will shrink quickly at high temperatures and the protein will condense. At this time, the blood will be sealed in the meat, making it difficult to remove the fishy smell.
