Bamboo Sun Pork Ribs Soup

Cut off the top of the bamboo fungus, there is no peculiar smell, add a spoon of salt to the water, put the bamboo fungus in the water and soak for ten minutes. Then wash gently.

After putting water in the pot to boil, turn off the heat. Put the soaked bamboo fungus in boiling water for 20 seconds, remove it immediately, and put it in cold water for later use.

Wash the ribs, blanch for two to three minutes, and remove.

Put water in the pot, boil, add the blanched ribs, add sliced green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for one hour.
