Bamboo Sun Pork Ribs Soup

The ribs are chopped by someone, and they can be cleaned directly, which is convenient and simple.

Basically all meat stew ingredients have to take this step to remove blood water.

After the Nao Shui is finished, rinse it off with clean water.

Simmer in a pot under cold water, and put the bamboo fungus in about an hour and a half.

Soak the light salt water for about 10 minutes, and leave it in the middle after removing it. I heard that this will remove the strange smell.
Tips:
The bamboo fungus must be washed several times. The stewing time of bamboo fungus is not easy to be too long, usually about 30 minutes.
