Bamboo Tube Chicken

Combine the chicken body, liver, gizzards, mushrooms, magnolia sliced ham, green onions, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, sugar, and sweet and salty soy sauce into a bowl and knead for a taste.

Put the chicken liver, gizzards and mushrooms, magnolia slices, and ham into the belly of the chicken, fold it into a chicken shape, stuff it into a bamboo tube, stuff the tube tightly with banana leaves, put it on the fire and bake for 2 hours, take it out and serve on a plate.
