Pick up the chicken and soak it in ice water until it is completely cooled, then pick up and drain the water

Then brush the surface of the chicken skin with a layer of sesame oil, then chop into pieces and put it in the plate

Prepare peanuts, minced garlic, chopped coriander, and pour fresh soy sauce into a bowl of spicy powder

Add 20ml of cold oil to the cold pan, add peanuts and fry them until fragrant.

Tips:
1. The cooked chicken is immediately immersed in ice water, which can make the chicken skin firm and tender, not easy to fall apart
