Ban Su Roasted Lamb

1. The meat is first put in a saucepan and simmered in eight mature cuts.

2. A pinch of plate millet and hot pepper.

3. The millet is cooked and hulled, the peppers are finely chopped, and some garlic is chopped.

4. Burn the oil and add the peppers until fragrant.
