I was obsessed with the rice cooker version of the cake before, but I was lazy. . Hate washing pots. . So this is the paper cup version of the microwave oven cake. . "

Banana Cake-------【microwave Oven Series】

1. Beat two eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of white sugar

2. Use an electric whisk to beat the whole egg with white sugar at high speed

3. It's almost done by whipping out the lines

4. Add a teaspoon of cooking oil to the whipped whole egg and stir well

5. Prepare a ripe banana

6. Crush the banana with a spoon (if you don’t like large particles, you can use a food processor to make a puree)

7. Add some brown sugar to the mashed banana to increase the flavor

8. Stir well after adding brown sugar

9. Pour the mashed banana into the beaten whole egg and mix well (the picture of this step is missing)

10. Add the sifted flour and mix well

11. Put it in a paper cup, eighth full (I put it a bit too much)

12. Think of two small paper cups like this, put them in a microwave oven on a medium-high heat for a minute and a half, and the delicious banana smell permeates the kitchen~

13. Cupcakes are easy to demould, so eat while they are hot~

Tips:

Don't put too much flour, otherwise the cake will not be soft and hard. .
