Banana Chicken

Chicken thigh meat is boneless. If you find it difficult to remove the bone, you can replace it with chicken breast, which is great!

Cut the chicken thighs into thin slices and set aside.

Peel the banana and cut into sections. Cut according to the size of the chicken. If it is too big, it won’t fit.

Put the bananas on the plate and sprinkle with cornstarch, at least each one can be covered with cornstarch.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt, cooking wine, and egg mixture, and marinate for about 10 minutes. You can add a little more salt, because the chicken relies on salt to improve the aroma.

Put the banana slices on the chicken slices, roll them tightly, and serve as meat rolls. The meat rolls are glued with egg liquid, and then covered with bread crumbs, and placed on a plate for later use.

Pour oil in a hot pan and cook for 4 mature. Add chicken rolls and fry until golden brown surface, about 2 minutes.

Just put the fried chicken roll from the oil pan into the plate.

The banana inside will melt in your mouth after being fried!
Tips:
1. Bananas should be selected without black spots.
2. It is better to cut the chicken into thinner and larger pieces.
