Banana Dorayaki

1. Prepare materials.

2. Beat the whole eggs until they are whitish.

3. Sift in low-gluten flour.

4. Add milk, oil, and mashed banana and mix well.

5. Preheat the frying pan for two minutes.

6. Pour the batter in a straight line to solidify and turn it over.

Tips:

The eggs must be beaten in place.
