Banana Honey Scones

Low-gluten flour. Mix the baking powder and sugar, then add the butter cut into small pieces and knead it into fine granules by hand; add ingredient B (a banana (about 70g), 10g honey, 10g chocolate beans, Walnut 10g), mix into a dough, simply mix it, no need to knead. Wrap the fresh-keeping bag for 20 minutes

Sprinkle some dry powder on the console, roll the dough into a 1 cm thick dough sheet, shape and cut it into triangles, and relax at room temperature for another 20 minutes; heat the oven to about 180 degrees. Brush a thin layer of egg liquid on the surface of the loose triangle

Put the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes
